The new owners of this shopping centre believed that the air conditioning system could be managed better.

JCM's audit identified that the building management system (BMS) needed upgrading to allow for better scheduling meaning that the existing HVAC equipment could continue to be used. Our work identified total savings of 17% on the current electricity spend by ensuring the optimal utilisation of existing equipment which also achieving better outcomes for tenants and shoppers.
